  All the employees their are professional and respectful to each other as well to the customers. They take good care of you, as well they make sure the take care of All of your needs such as asking you if you going to pay a bill, money order, money gram western union. I am grateful to be their customer throughout my years I’ve been going to them since I was in my teens.. Thank you for your services!

  Absolutely amazing service! Without a doubt will be returning always and I will recommend this location to everyone I know. All of the staff were beyond kind and welcoming especially Jessica who was the one to take care of me she's absolutely wonderful. They handle their business quick and with a smile always. Thank you!

  Well I have to say it always smells amazing when I come into the establishment. And the lady’s there always greet you as you walk in. And they always try and go beyond on helping people out. They’re fast and friendly customer service.

  I would put 0 stars but it’s not an option. This place is very unprofessional they REFUSED to cash my State taxes because it wasn’t enough funds said the lady with blonde hair at the desk. You are not allowed to deny any checks especially ones made from THE STATEA BECAUSE OF THE FUNDING AMOUNT. I will be contacting the state of pa mayor to further my complaint this is ridiculous and when I went to another check cashing place they’re able to cash it with no problem.

  I apologize if there was a misunderstanding Kaiya, we do not cash checks from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania at this particular location. It was definitely not because there wasn't enough funds. In the past we have had fraudulent activity with these kinds of checks especially during covid, so we choose not to take any chances with them.We just do not cash certain kinds of checks such as, personal, international, and Commonwealth of Pa. This is a decision that was made by ownership not all locations have the same policies we have this in place for our safety and the safety of our customers. We are here to help you out however we can in the future.

  They always have only 1 person working and it’s usually the girl that is watching a video or on FaceTime during your transaction. Went to cash my check on my lunch break before they close, but theres a line of 6+ people outside of the location. Yet you only have 1 worker inside. I’d rate it lower if I could.

  I am sorry that you had to experience that Agustin, unfortunately, this was during the time that the owner at the time had passed away, and we were in a transition and short on staff. I am glad to say that we are now under new ownership and that we are also fully staffed. I see that you have been by since that last experience, and I hope we were able to serve you better and will continue to do so. 😊

  Store closed at 5. Google hours not updated (takes a minute on the my business page), hand written note left on door. Today is not a holiday (Wed. Jul. 3rd 2019), just worked 12 hours and wanted to cash the check my payroll lady was nice enough to cut me before the holiday.

  Came here to send money into my bank account from western union the teller not only sent it to the wrong bank, but now I'm being told I have to wait 2 days for my money and I can't receive a refund from them until western union sends the money back. Why should I as the customer have to wait because of your tellers mistake. The boss is a joke told him about what happened and he left, asked the teller to call him but he left his cellular phone there at the store. This is great service to not only a veteran of this country but to a corrections officer and no I don't feel intittled I just wish they would of cared more. Not only did I loose out on the original service I wanted Im losing out on my money to until they can refund it.
