  Initially I called and the lady was extremely extremely rude even on the phone. All I said was that I had questions and she gave a little bit of information then hung up before I even finished. Once I actually got to the establishment, she sat at the back for 5minutes on her phone while I waited patiently. Then as she rudely helped me, she made very ignorant remarks about me even trying to be there. Very confused about why she even behaved in this manor. Very disappointed and disgusted with the experience.... 0/10, don’t waste your time here folks.

  Very professional and knowledgeable. I currently have issues with my bank and had to cash out some large checks. They asked me several questions to better understand my situation but this is normal. Paula was very understanding and made the transaction smooth and hassle free. I highly recommend them for anyone that needs to cash out a check and can't do it via normal means.
