  TERRIBLE EXPERINCE! this branch has been going downhill for a while now. There was 2 employees there but to make a deposit apparently only one can help you and she happen to just sit down with another client and told me it would be a while. instead of just asking her client if she could do a deposit that would literally take her less than 2 minutes to accomplish so basically just told me to come back. This isn't the first or second bad experience, my coworker went in to make another deposit and got a terrible attitude and was made to feel very uncomfortable. Our company is a long time chase member and this isn't the service we should or anyone should be receiving.

  Adam Schultz is absolutely wonderful. He is a very experienced banker and patiently takes the time to explain all aspects of the banking process with clarity. Most of all, Adam is a gentleman and courteous in all ways. I have been a Chase Banker since 1986 and found Adam to be without doubt one of the finest people to interact with at Chase. I live in Denville and often travel to the Rockaway Bank because Adam is so excellent and a true professional. COPY TO: Mr. Jamie Diamon

  Not a full branch. They got rid of the teller windows and replaced them with an ATM that doesn’t work and a “lounge” where you can charge your phone while the staff ignores you. Progress!

  Very unprofessional and I don’t want to be at that location every again. Manager of the locations had to trained well for the customers I had a very hard time and had to go different location chase should close Down that location or upgrade it.

  I started visiting this branch recently and the staff is the nicest of all the Chase banks I have attended. Both in the drive thru and inside the branch.

  Adam, banker, is amazing!!! He helped me a lot and he took his time to explain things to us! We called so many banks and they’re all rude. Thanks Adam!

  No more tellers and an inconsistent atm machine, chase keeps closing locations like they're trying to lose my business
