  Told me they couldn't verify a payroll check after I verified it 5 min before I walked inside the establishment. Then they said if I can get the bank on the phone to verify it they would cash it. Then once I spent 15 minutes on hold I finally had the bank on the phone the two gentlemen behind the counter gave me attitude and refused to cash it with no explanation why. Then I proceeded to another united check cashing who immediately cashed it for me. THIS LOCATION IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

  I cashed a 2400.00 check these people took out 480.00... the ratw for that chevk is 1.5% I contacted united check cadhing they said it was wrong for them to violate bankung regulatiins... i contacted the pa department of banking and savings they said it was wromg and i foles for an investigation... FO NOT USE THIS PLACE TGEY ARE CROOKS!

  They like to take people 💰 all the time off they card i tho it is supposed to be a dollar with your card not 15 $ smh. United Check Cashing places going to be in big trouble when I get done with them

  The service there is very good. There is one male cashier that should know how treat the customers better. The female cashiers are very professional and respectful.

  Been going to this check cashing place for 4 years and 5 months now cashing the same exact paycheck from the same company that I work for never had any problems I was already in there system so all I would usually do is walk in conversate a little while signing my check say thank you and take care see you next pay day and walk out but for some reason the last time I went in there they act as if they didn't wanna cash it treating me as if they never saw me before like I was a complete stranger or if I never cashed my check there before when they already knew all of my checks are good even the one I had in my possession on that day it just was really bizzare the way they acted towards me questioning and interrogating me about my check like they was the fbi I was like this is crazy finally they cashed it and it was good just like I knew it was never doubted it I would like to continuing cashing my check there but after that last episode that occurred I'm a little skeptical got me thinking like the next time I walk in will I have to go through the same hassle as before I still gave them 4 stars based on the fact because they are usually decent to customers and considerate only up until that last incident that occurred.

  Racist clerk. Always has a issue with what I have. Ive provided government checks and he can not cash it. Calling the better business bureau about that place.

  I've been getting my checks cashed for 2 years and have never had problem.

  Over all the service is fast and they are open late. Yeah one dude snaps but that is small compared to fast service

  Good place. Had a small issue but they straightened it out and took great care of me

  Kevin Very simply it has to do with the micro encoding on the bottom of the check. If the numbers are in a particular order, like the order on a personal check, our bank will not take it from us. We have a commercial account with our bank and they do not take personals from us. So even though there's a company listed on the check it is still considered a personal. I'm sorry we couldn't help you this time.
