  Billy and the team at cross country mortgage are the best ! He recently helped my husband and I complete the Mortgage process for our dream home in Moorestown NJ. This was no ordinary mortgage, we were dealing with a seller in chapter 13 bankruptcy. This meant dealing with lawyers, judges, delays, and a whole lot of uncertainty. Billy was available day and night for any of my questions or concerns, and was incredibly helpful dealing with rate locks and calculating complicated costs you never even think of before beginning the process. Trust in him for your mortgage needs, you will not be disappointed !

  Team McElroy went over and beyond what I would expect from any Mortgage Company! They took the time to explain what was going on during the whole process. They expedited my paperwork so I could move into my new home the day after I sold the old one. I highly recommend them and will refer all my friends and family there!

  I recently had a great experience with Billy McElroy's team at Cross Country Mortgage, and want to give credit where credit is due. First, the application process is very easy and safe - it's all online with a secure method to upload the required documentation. There's a running list of requirements that you go down, checking boxes until you've provided everything required. Second, despite the reality of what's going on with the economy, the CC team had my conventional loan ready in 21 calendar days from the moment I finished my application. That's the fastest I've ever experienced. Lastly, both Billy and his team made themselves available to answer any question, no matter how small. Whether through email on a direct phone call, they always followed up. Overall, it was just a very smooth interaction. Now several months since closing, the team still answers emails fast and is nothing but helpful. I'd highly recommend Billy's team at CC Mortgage if you're looking for a mortgage.

  I worked with the team at CrossCountry Mortgage on a mortgage for my own personal home and to purchase an investment rental property. Throughout both real estate purchases the team at CrossCountry was thorough, professional, timely, and knowledgeable about any issues that arose such as interest rates, taxes, insurance, proper documentation, etc. We met all necessary requirements and deadlines for the purchases to go off smoothly, and I never felt stressed or anxious about the process as I knew the team at CrossCountry Mortgage was handling everything. Even more admirable is that CrossCountry's staff and management are committed to building long lasting relationships with clients. They helped me with questions I had long after the sales were finalized. Before a friend referred me to CrossCountry I Had 2 other lenders that played so many games for 8 months trying to get the home I wanted, Didnt think I had a chance for the home.   Team McElroy came highly recommended to me by a relative and now I know why. They are awesome. I searched for months and months and put in multiple offers before finding my new home. Someone was always available at Team McElroy to get me what I needed quickly so I could remain competitive in this seller's market. We had some major complications along the way but Billy went above and beyond to get my mortgage completed and on time for settlement. They obviously take pride in what they do and I recommend them to anyone who doesn't want to be treated simply as a transaction. They are invested with you for the long run with great rates and even better customer service. Thanks guys!
