  I've been with them since I was 16yrs old and have never had a problem. Recently someone hacked into my Facebook account, spending money on my debit card and they fixed the issues, and reimbursed me within a week. I also left my I.D on the live teller machine a couple times, and each time, they call me to come get it, and when i do, they are always super friendly. Its a relatively small bank so it's more personal. I have never and will never bank anywhere else.

  I have recently changed over my personal accounts and business accounts to this bank and I love it! Everyone here is pleasant and helpful. I wish I had started dealing with them years ago. The ATM has a webcam that allows you to connect to a live person (in the USA!) almost anytime of the day. It is an excellent feature. I was previously dealing with Bank of America accross the street and they are awful.

  I've called multiple times and made my grandfathers loan payment without a problem . Today the lady I spoke with said " I'll do it for you this time , but I can't anymore . You could be an old wife / girlfriend . " Then proceeds to take the money out of his checking account to make the payment WITHOUT asking me how I would like to make the payment ( I was paying with my debit card like always ) . She did not attempt to fix her mistake . Told me there was nothing she could do and that I was not allowed to pay with my card .

  I've been doing business with united for years and never had a problem. In fact they call me on my birthday. They even caught someone trying to use my cars fraudulently.

  Usually very friendly and don't charge for cashing checks. Disappointed that the lobby isn't open on Saturdays , need to specify on website that only the drive through is open but otherwise great bank.

  AAA+++ The best bank in Coweta by Far! They don't have the big bank syndrome, like most other banks in our community!

  Very nice people they have always help me anywhere they could and I can do business over the phone and I do not have to go to the bank it’s wonderful!
