  Let’s be honest, a banks a bank. But this place has genuine employees who will build a relationship with you. It’s a Great bank for around the Virginia area. I haven’t had any problems and don’t even have any positive criticism as I have nothing negative to say about this branch. (All United branches I’ve been to have been flawless nonetheless). Ive been with this bank for years; since it was still Cardinal Bank, and I would highly recommend their service to anyone!

  Great Customer Service. Love the way that I can speak with the real people in the branch not a call center in India.

  Not anything like what Cardinal was. Lots of fees and policies detrimental to the average consumer looking for a local bank. I'm not a big bank kinda guy but I switched to Wells Fargo as it was the better run option and more convenient.

  The company I work for banks with United. I have to pay my son’s daycare in cash so I normally just run up to this bank and cash my check. Because the closest Navy Federal to me is 30 minutes in the opposite direction of his babysitter. Every single time I have had to argue and fight with them over the fact that this is a united bank check which it says right there and if they can’t cash it for me . Even though it has been cashed there for different times already. They are extremely rude and just keep asking me if I want to open a bank account there after they realize they CAN cash the check ..which you couldn’t pay me to do at this point. I just went to the next united bank closest to me, and they said that is absolutely ridiculous they were not able to cash this check immediately. Terrible customer service. Do not bank here.

  Just opened an account here. And wishing I didn't. There polite. And they seem geniun, I'll give em that. And maybe it has something to do with everything seems rushed since the lobby is closed. But they don't listen.

  Great service. I bank here for my business and frequently have to go in to multiple branches. They are friendly and very helpful.
