Bill deVries5Sharon went above and beyond for me today. I called her in a state of near-rage, after dealing with Truist Customer Support for 3 hours (or, rather, their robotic answering machines, not real humans) without getting my issue resolved. She had a super attitude and walked me through my issue until it was fixed. So Truist, give this lady a raise. And Sharon, I'm sorry but from now on I'm coming straight to you anytime I have a problem with Truist. You are a problem-solver and wonderful human being! I never want to call Truist's horrible Customer Support line ever again.

Justin has Case1Hours of 9-5 don’t work for me. This bank is stuck in the past when it comes to modern banking and services- getting more restrictive and still charging old school fees. I am getting rid of my checking account with them and switching over to a different bank in Pville.

Julie Bly29-5 is totally useless to 95% of us that bank with BBT and travel 1-2 hours to work in the DC area daily. What is even more frustrating is the lack of online services. You can't even easily purchase a CD online like any other bank! IT support is useless when issues arise with online banking. About ready to convert everything over to PNC. I hope this bank in general, not just this location, gets it together.

Harry Gilliam5Fast service. Got in and out to make a deposit, even with 6 other cars at two drive-up stations, in 2 minutes. Always great bamk to deal with. Been with them for years. When the vacuum tube arrived with my deposit receipt, there was also a milk bone for Mouse, my chihuahua. I split it with him. He growled when saw me break it in half!

Joe Seraphin1This bank is basically completely useless now. Their hours are pathetic, 9-5? That means they are only open for unemployed people to use. Also, no guest wifi, so when I needed to make a $12,000 wire transfer, I couldn't even use the internet to lookup the exact amount and transfer details. Completely unsatisfied with BBT right now. They closed the branch I used all the time and now they are in stupefying decline like the rest of the U.S.

Brian Jackson5I had a great experience at this branch. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.
