Just like Johnson,Very Frustrating! Needed a cashiers check to make a large purchase on a Saturday and can't reach a branch directly! Had to push "0" to talk with PNC customer service and she had to call herself and connect me. 1st branch was unable to print check because a "cashier" was not present? Wanted me to come in tomorrow! Called customer service back again to reach another branch and she actually gave me the branch direct line. Just a note, both branches are located in grocery stores.

Love the branch & employees, but when you call, you don't have option to actually speak w/ someone in the Giant Branch, very frustrating.

It is absurd to not be able to reach this branch by phone. I don't know why they kept this one open and closed the REAL branch office in the Shop N Save shopping center location.
