  I have been banking with United for 12 years now!! I love the how friendly everyone is!! I an always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. If i need anything they are very eager to help. Every person from teller to regional manger at the Reston location are always there for me. I love this bank and everyone that works there. They have made banking less scary!!

  Every time I go to United Bank in Reston, I leave with a smile. They make me feel welcomed and appreciated ! The ladies are always dressed nice and professional ! I've always had a great experience banking with them.

  Bad bank, fee's for everything, even cash backs, their customer services numbers transfers you around a lot and when you finally get a rep they tell you one thing and than your branch tells you another. You ask the manager to call you back and never does. Only a handful of the bank staff are helpful and kind.

  My only interaction with the staff has been with the drive through teller. I try to avoid this branch because this teller is so rude.
