Ryan Konecny5I've bank with United Bank of Michigan for a very long time, I tried a couple other banks but they just have that little more personal touch. I've had mortgages, savings, checking, CD's, ect with them. They are not one of those huge corporate giants. If you have a mortgage with them, you have it with them the whole time, its not sold to other lenders and you never know where you will be making your payment.

Sarah Bevins1We applied for a construction loan. They ran our credit but never gave us an update. When asked about the status we were told they would try to squeeze us in between clients. Glad to know we weren't considered clients. If you are looking for a bank with follow through and customer service keep looking as you are just a number. If they can't make millions off you you won't be added to their client list..so very sad we wasted weeks trying to get a response to a loan request.

Lee Hodder2Good bank love atm deposit but when my account was over drafted, unexpectedly by a auto pay I was charge overdraft fee which is fine I understand that but then I was charged another continuous over draft fee for another $15. I'm not paying twice for one overdraft!!!

Orville Alexander1I work right next door to this bank my paycheck is drawn off this bank my wallet was stolen during the covid 19 pandemic so my license was also stolen however i was fortunate enough to have my expired one witch clearly shows who i am because secretary of state was closed down there was nothing i can do however since the are only doing appointment only i cant get in until 7/1/2020 in there mean while i have fellow employees who tellme they can walk in endorse their check cash it & go on their merry way VERY INTERESTING

barry jones1You would be completely crazy or insane to do business with these rip off artists.They’re rude and obviously know nothing about customer relations or problem solving.I recommend not having insurance at all if you’re considering doing business with these characters.
