  Horrible bank a lot of problems, sometimes not enough money for withdrawal. But today their website says they are open so I drive 20 miles when gas is over $5.00 a gallon just to find out they are closed. Definitely do not recommend Huntington.

  They never answer the phone. This seems to be an ongoing issue. They really need to learn how a phone works. Good luck getting through, if you try to call them!

  Branch manager Brent talks to you as if you have no idea what it's like to work in a service industry. Getting an issue resolved was a complete joke...everyone is too busy for your problem. Last time I ever deal with this bank.

  I called the Wayland branch and received excellent customer service, as always. The folks there are very fast & super friendly.

  Try getting through to talk to a person. It's a joke. Worse bank that's ever bought this place out. I miss Chemical Bank.
