      Ever since there was a merger with Huntington everything from chemical bank has been trash. Ap is trash. Can’t talk to a real person, I’ve had Huntington before the merger the worst constant troubles logging in accessing my account and dealing with all of your banking needs. Hopefully tcf finds this out before it tanks

      I have been a customer for 4 plus year's. Never asked for a removal of a late fee until my account was overdrawn due to something out of my control. The branch manager was not helpful nor would do a 1 time fee reversal. Staff isn't the friendliest. If I need to go in to a branch I choose to drive elsewhere.

      I bank at this Chemical Bank! I've been there for 6yrs and they are ver polite reps.. I Rated 3 stars bc they've gotten Slow it literally takes 20mins just for them to cash or deposit any currency. Idk what they do in there but pls pick up speed.

      Service sucks. They should’ve stayed chemical bank, waited in line for over 25 minutes. They were never slow before. I’m sure the people waiting in front of me for their slow service were just as disappointed.

      This bank is a joke. When someone steals money from your account they are absolutely no help to get your money back or help you in anyway and when you can’t pay back the money someone stole from you they threaten you with fraud. What a great fing bank.
