  where to start....weeeellll first off, overdraft fees gon run ya bout 36.00 even if you have it turned off and a charge comes thru that wasn't supposed to (the company refunded the money but the overdraft was too bad so sad) IF you lose or damage your card you have to go into the office to get it replaced, but wait, first do the paper work pay ten bucks then go home and wait for it by the mailbox in about 12 days. Got a charge that needs to be disputed? NOOOO PROBLEM, just come on down to the office again and fill out some paperwork and see what happens. Need to change your mailing address. NOOO PROBLEM, just come on down to the office and fill out more paperwork. Any problems you have with your account will need to also be dealt with at the specific bank where you opened it. You cant go to united bank uptown if you opened the account downtown...I could go on but you get the idea now I hope.

  Don’t recommend. Hold checks for a week or more sometimes, even with money in the account. Classic banker hours (close at 4? Seriously?) which makes it difficult to get there during work. Thoroughly antiquated online business banking and nonexistent mobile business banking. Inconsistent policies at different branches around cashiers checks and wires. I’m ready to switch banks.

  Sorry others had bad experiences but for me they have been great. No long lines, friendly service and always accommodating.

  NO PARKING AT ALL. Not even for the ATM.
