Sayeeda Rahman1I went to the site on December 24th for my business account and ordered my check book. I lost my check book over the holidays. It has been almost over three weeks and it has not even mailed but I was charged $87.00 plus charges immediately. Bank of America has been making so many mistakes so I’m going to close my account with them. I had opened this accident on September 2021. They never mailed me the card and after calling a few times they mailed to a wrong address. Again after calling they mailed a card but no PIN number. So it took 4 attempts and I waited 4 months to get a card on my business account . I had lost money, went through so much hassle and mental anxiety, changed my flights, lost business deals . So I just had it with Bank of America. I’m transferring my accounts. I was a premier customer for over 35 years. But they are going downhill very fast.

M S1I really enjoy waiting to make a deposit for 20 minutes with one bank teller working the window and the drive through while 3 “managers” walk around with iPads doing nothing. Super helpful. What a joke. I wonder why you have a 1.8 average on here 🤔

Wellerson Silva1If you bank with Bank of America, go to a different branch. Absolutely no customer service available at this location, my work is nearby so I’ve been there several times and I always get the same dry treatment. Today I was in the branch for 10 minutes until I was finally l acknowledged by the manager who asked me to continue waiting, the teller did not look up once. When I did get up to the counter, I got a very dry and dismissive service from the teller, with the atitude of a teenager. I asked the Branch Manager Steve for his card, but he instead pulled me to the side and asked to speak with, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, there was no conflict resolution and instead a very dismissive apology. I have been banking with BOA for almost 10 years now and I am very disappointed at the lack of Customer Service Management at this branch.

Carl Soll1I arrived to cash a check inside the bank with the assistance of 1 teller. I was greeted by a manager who appeared to have good intent. Although after 15 minutes and a line of 5 people having not moved at all, I mentioned to the manager if there was another teller. The answer was obvious (no), although I often see other managers have the same issue. Their ego will ubstruct them from getting behind the desk, assiting their co-worker, to speed up the line. Everyone having to be back at work from their Lunch Break, was late having gone to Bank Of America. I hope some day he might remember his training to both help customers and his co-workers in the future.

steven Mrozek1When management says “we aren’t the bank for everyone” it’s time for a change. Stay away

Becky Davis1This bank's corporate management does not care. They don't provide the staff. Always, only 2 working. Kudos to Carlos and Erin for dealing with customer frustration. I belong to Suncoast Credit Union. I bank at BOA, only to deposit an employee check. There are times when I want to scream at the top of my lungs for the 15 minutes of wait time, which is consistent no matter the time of day. BOA? Treat your employees and customers better. Hire one more teller, or have your quasi-management staff buck up and work the line. You should be ashamed of yourself. Wells Fargo, 3 blocks up always provides enough tellers and great customer service.

Ricky Casanova1I have to deal with this bank because of my job. But if it was up to me i would not bank here. There is always just one teller (which she is super nice) but you have 4 other people just standing around with a line full of customers. I am forced to use an hour of our payroll just to deal with this bank!

Amy C1This is the most understaffed bank I've ever been to. The drive thru is never open so I'm always forced to go inside and waste an entire lunch hour. This has been going on for over a year now! There is only ever one teller and she's incredibly slow.

Victoria Ulmer1Waited 1 hour in the drive thru with one person ahead of me. They only have one banker at a time and it is poorly managed. The manager just walks around and doesn’t help. I’ve been here many times and it’s the same thing over and over. I won’t be heading here anymore.

Melisa Burton1This is the worst bank ever! I always have to wait 15 to 30 minutes in the drive-thru. There is never more than one teller working and that teller has to service the inside and drive-thru. But you will always see other bankers walking around chit chatting with co-workers. They have 4 lines in the drive-thru and I have never seen but one lane open. In fact I am here now and I have now been in line for 25 minutes and only one car has moved ahead. Absolutely Ridiculous!!
