horrible service. Don’t cash out money from them. I don’t have any trouble cash in or out with other bank. They treat you like some kind of criminals. I am glad that I close the account.

Paid off my mortgage loan. Still show I have a balance. Spoke to multiple people. Spent few hours on hold. They couldn’t give me an answer on what’s going on. Mortgage specialist said she will call me back the next day which she did NOT. Very disappointed with union bank. I will cancel my account.

horrable service..very misleading..they tell you anything to get you to bank with them...I went in to close my account and they stated to me that it was closed when infact it wasn't..beware don't waist your time
