  Our Evergreen agent - Amber Page was great and helped us sort through all the documentation and # throughout the process. She always replied promptly to our questions and was present when we went to sign the closing papers to make sure everything was still good. I cannot talk for the other agents but I would definitely recommend Amber and if the other agents are of her level than this is the place to go for home loans. They are also great at matching other places in terms of loan rates. Even now after we have closed we do not hesitate to contact Amber if we have questions regarding our loan or documentations we receive.

  Cheryl's office was ready to close our loan within a very short time period. Unfortunately, the realtors did not believe it was possible, so we had to wait for our closing to actually happen. Cheryl's office was good about communicating with us and the paperwork was easy to access online. The office met every deadline and honored each time commitment set. When we were told something would be prepared for us by a certain time, it was. We are happy to be settling into our new home. A month later, we are still very happy with our experience with Evergreen Home Loans.

  Chery Leidle and her team at Evergreen Mortgage were wonderful. From start to finish, our refinance process was smooth, efficient and quick. Questions were answered in a timely manner and everyone we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to complete the entire process online and even had a notary sent to our home to sign documents. I highly recommend Evergreen Mortgage for your refinance needs. We were returning customers and I would not hesitate to use them again.

  Amber Kay Page was our loan officer. To put it simply, she was phenomenal! If it weren't for Amber, we would not have been the offer chosen for our house. Also, she was able to get us an awesome interest rate for a lower cost comparable to other lenders. Amber was always extremely thorough when explaining everything to us and very prompt about answering any questions we may have had. She was always keeping us in the loop throughout the entire loan process and never left us guessing. I know that if I have any questions or need anything, I can contact and rely on her. I would suggest to everyone considering a home loan to go to Evergreen and contact Amber!

  Leslie Girard is absolutely the BEST!! My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with her twice now and wouldn't think of going anywhere else for a home loan.   It was great experience. I was a first time home buyer and was scared I would not get approved. They let me know there were programs available for me. I was able to get a grant that paid for my down payment!!! Lisa made me feel extremely comfortable, and the whole team is full of genuinely nice people. I am urging all my friends to use them for their first home purchase. I never thought I would be able to buy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

  I have bought and sold 13 houses in the Seattle area since 1979. This is the worse company I have ever dealt with. They do not answer the phone and they move their servicing around. I can never get any responses from them.
