  I've worked with this bank for business for 10 years+ Although the names and faces have changed a little, this branch has consistently been attentive to my needs and assisted successfully every time I have needed anything from them. Their customer service is excellent. Accuracy has been excellent. Fees have been reasonable for business banking. Grace, branch manager has worked her way up the ranks to Branch Manager and has always demonstrated excellence in preserving, and growing the bank-customer relationships. Any issues I have had have been logically and swiftly solved to the benefit of the customer point of view. Financially, this bank was not involved in the 2008 financial meltdown as it is ultimately a subsidiary of a larger Japanese entity. Having experience with other banks in our area, None come close to the quality of service I have received with Yucca Valley Union Bank.

  I'm not certain what it takes to have the Branch Manager return phone calls. Have contacted her on three occasions and she has never returned our phone calls. Her branch cashed a stolen check, without proper identification, of almost $1000. When initially contacted, she asked us to send a copy of the cashed check which we obtained by the sender and have had no response since then. Her branch also has voicemail and despite leaving messages, no one has returned our call. I have never dealt with a bank such as this and I plan to contact higher authorities about their business practices.

  It’s taken me awhile to get useful to drive up accessing. Now I can’t live with out it. UnionBank bank continues to tread over those other banks with simply accurate bookkeeping and a back for being around.

  Worse bank ever! I deposited 1,000 in the atm, when the atm told me 900 i ask for it back, it only gave 900 back. I made a claims and they find no fault! Now my banks under due to the 100 bucks they stole and their charging me 200 dollars in insufficient funds fee! So not only did they steal 100 bucks but now they want 200 more thus stealing 300 in total! And when I was on the phone to claims they apologized for the wait time due to high volume of claims! Thieves

  The 2-door entrance cries SECURITY! The REAL DRAW, however is the personalities of the Tellers & Officers working in the bank. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, & even better helpful. Each & EVERYONE who works in Union Bank always makes me feel "like a family member" & happy to see me. Out of ALL THE BANKS I've used during my 45 years OF BANKING, UNION BANK is my #1 choice, because it rates 5-Stars on every level. BRAVO Yucca Valley Branch employees! This bank hired THE BEST people to work here.

  Snippy teller, raised her voice to my husband. Bank policies regarding check cashing are not consistent. I cannot find them in writing. They will not cash a check from a very large insurance company for a 25 year customer even if you have enough money in the account you are cashing it against. I was told that each branch manager can make up his own rules. Will be saying goodbye to them shortly.

  I opened an account there with a very large deposit. After holding it for 10 days, now I'm told that I can only withdraw x amount per day for the next 6 months. They wont let me spend MY money. Closing my account immediately. Unacceptable for a bank to limit how I spend MY MONEY.

  MOST WONDERFUL&COURTEOUS PEOPLE WORK HERE,JOHN&GRACE ARE THE BEST!TOO BAD THEY REMOVED THE DRIVE THROUGH CUZ BEING DISABLED I TOOK MY MONEY ELSEWHERE&I AM NOT HAPPY THERE.i REALLY HATED LEAVING MY WONDERFUL FRIENDS AT UNION BANK!~L.ALVAREZ
