  Diane Giannelli did my home loan. I found her to be extremely organized and efficient. The process went by super fast. Her team is very kind and helpful. Was always treated with the utmost of respect and she made me feel important and handled my transaction in a very thoughtful manner. I would highly recommend her if you are they type of person who wants things to go quickly and smoothly and to deal with people that have a quick response.

  I worked with her back in 2011 buying my first home with Paul Karr! What a great transaction it was and I am actually back east now buying a second home which has prompted me to make this review! I had not known how easy she made it till the train wreck I’m having now!! I guess this is an 8 years later, THANKS AGAIN!! You’re still the best! Would recommend to anyone over an over again!

  She's always there whn you need her. She's very friendly, kind, down to earth type of person Always have that beautiful island smile on her face whn she welcomes you in her office. She is just an amazing person. She even offered me some breadfruit how cool is that? Lol. Full package never been open. Anyways, if you guys are looking for a BADASSKICKING lender she's your number one go. I can guarantee you that. Shell work with you all the way till it's time you sell your home. Her door is always open if you have any concerns or questions. Even if she's busy or if theres people in her office she'll come out just to say hello. Always and still the best lender I've ever dealt with.

  As a full time Realtor® since 1987 I can honestly tell you that the most important person in most transactions is the "loan person". A seller and a buyer can think they have all their ducks in a row but if the lender involved is not totally dedicated to the best interest of their client the deal can be a nightmare for everyone. Dianne Giannelli is a lender I would use personally. She is honest and truly loves her work and cares about her clients. She has also worked in other phases of the Real Estate industry and has a working knowledge of each parties responsibilities that other lenders lack. Working with her is a priviledge.
