      Great website. I feel like they will take care of me personally, when need be, not like a big bank. It was relatively easy for me to get a large line of credit. My last refinance with a big bank took 4 months even though my FICO score is 830 and the house has plenty of equity. They kept losing paperwork and transferring me to other people. It was a nightmare.

      Good credit union and the tellers are always really friendly, but the worst hours! I have to leave work early if I want to come here. I think they used to have Saturday hours an got rid of them.

      The worst bank . They call me after 62 days telling lies that they call before and left messages when i have no voice message set up. When i brought this up she hang up the phone on me . In the branch they told me we send you mail Which I never Received their answer was we don’t care it’s your problem and not our ... first report on my credit when my score is ove 750 thanks to this bank .

      Not such great hours, but their customer service is always there for you. Also their website is the best checking account website I have ever used, period. Easy to use, and clean to look at.
