  I have done 2 loans with John, our original loan for our purchase and then a refinance, both using a VA loan. My wife and I shopped around and compared lenders and John provided the best rate by far. John also provided, by far, the best service and advice of any of the lenders. He was incredibly patient with us as first time home buyers and I can never express how grateful I am for that. I'd recommend John Ussery to anyone buying a house and say you don't need to shop around.

  I have been working with John for 3 years and he is always my go to person when a client needs a lender. He is honest, hard-working, always ahead of time on deadlines, and is truly considerate and helpful. His work ethic is exemplary and he responds to emails and texts almost immediately! The thing I appreciate about John the most is that I can confidently trust him to take the utmost care of my clients. I know they are in good hands and that he will do everything in his power to make the loan process as seamless as possible for them.   John Ussery is fantastic! Easy to communicate with and very responsive. My wife and I just recently purchased our first home and after the initial interview with John we just knew we had to go with him. No question is too small or too big with John and he was very patient with us. And since we were first time home buyers and liked to read everything this was great! He is detailed oriented, makes the process easy to understand, and is with you every step of the way.
