  I have worked with Andrew for over 10 years on 3 homes I have purchased and again for refi's. He is the BEST in the business! He is very reliable, quick, knows the market inside and out, super easy to work with and makes a stressful experience NOT stressful. He has the best rates and is always super transparent.   We just finished celebrating Thanksgiving and our birthdays in our dream home. We saw the house and fell in love with it in the last few days of October, then gave Andrew a call. We got our keys on the 15th. Our realtor said it’s the fastest close he’s ever heard of and our loan was NOT cut and dry. Andrew worked so hard to make sure that we were “home” in time for the holidays and that means so much to us. It was the first time since the pandemic we were able to host a good sized group!   Andrew at Loan City was the best. Very professional. Very friendly. He helped me with my loan and my refi and was able to get everything squared away in a fast timely manor. He took the time to explain to me the process as this was my first home loan and my first refi.
