  I normally do not leave feedback but I made an exception for this, Suzanna Ravin is the most professional, thoughtful, intelligent, knowledgeable, and honest. This was one of the best real estate transactions I have ever had to go through, I would give her and her team a 12 on a scale of 1-10.   This is the second refinance I’ve done with Suzanna at Delta Lending Group within a year. My goal was to lower monthly payments and take advantage of lower interest rates. Process was fast and mostly done online, by text or phone. No need for inconvenient appointments.
