  Dulcie Patner was our Mortgage Loan Officer and she was absolutely amazing (this is an understatement). She was referred to us by a friend of ours and so the trust relationship was already built, but as Dulcie helped us throughout the entire mortgage process, she was very knowledgeable, personable, fastidious, and ensured everything was moving along. She explained how the process was going to work, what I was qualified for, explained in specific detail what everything meant (e.g. buying points), and even advised us on areas we had no experience or knowledge of. She even wrangled all the other components of the home closing process (agents, escrow, title, etc.) and from beginning to end, never stopped until the job was completed at the highest level of quality.
