  We are so glad we went with Keith and his team at The Mortgage Reel. Our realtor actually recommended a different lender but we decided to shop around a bit and Keith got us a better deal and more importantly: whenever we got off the phone with him, we felt like we understood what was going on. We closed on time without a problem (3.5 weeks) even though we only first contacted Keith a day before putting in the offer. His entire team was on top of everything every step of the way--every email and every phone call got an immediate response. We trust him and his team completely and have enthusiastically recommended them to absolutely everyone who we know.

  I surveyed refinance rates and options for a couple of weeks before talking with Keith. Compared to prior loans, the service that Keith and Sara provided was essentially ideal. The initially quoted interest rate and fees never increased. Keith took the time to explain issues and tradeoffs in detail. Both Keith and Sara were quick with communication and our loan closed a couple of weeks ahead of schedule. Furthermore, there were zero errors in the documentation and paperwork. Highly recommended!

  This was the second time my husband and I purchased a home and our experience with Keith and his team was hands down the best! Keith did a great job in communicating with us. From informing us where we were in the whole process, communicating with my real estate agent himself when I didn’t have the answer(s), and he made sure we were comfortable with the numbers as we were making a much bigger purchase.   Steven delivers again. We worked with Steven years ago for a refinance and had such a positive experience that we decided to work with him again on our new house purchase. He's detailed, diligent and very knowledgeable about the local market which makes his insights trustworthy. We had a difficult closing due to our builder's lack of communication on the progress of our home and the sudden notification that they wanted to close in 17 days. Steven and his team approached the tight timeline with calm and focus, making himself available and being proactive in educating us along the way. In the end, the builder's unrealistic schedule prompted them to push our closing date out another two weeks. However, it's important to note that Steven had completed all the necessary work to secure our loan approval before the original closing date. We plan on staying in our home for a long time so we won't be working with Steven directly for awhile BUT I would not hesitate to refer him to any friend or family member looking to purchase a home or refinance their mortgage.

  As a first time homebuyer, I was nervous about purchasing a home, especially in terms of figuring out all the costs involved. I also found myself working with an accelerated time frame (3 weeks to close), since I found a great home quickly and wanted to close before I missed out to another buyer. Keith and Sara did a wonderful job assisting me with my home purchase questions and walking me through the process. They were very generous with their time and responded quickly to inquiries. I found it easy to just text or call Keith with any questions. I highly recommend working with them if you're looking for an efficient, experienced, responsive, and very professional loan officer.
