  Had to pawn a couple of my beloved items, unfortunately - but the customer service is always a 10, so it gives me peace of mind. Will definitely be coming here whenever I’m in a pinch. Great, friendly staff and super helpful + always a clean space.

  basic kindness and customer service do not exist here. the attitudes of the employees was so completely arrogant and disrespectful. you’d think you were inside a Gucci store with how full of themselves they act. you will be treated as if you aren’t worthy to be in their presence. i left the place feeling sick to my stomach. if this place is your last resort i suggest practicing meditation beforehand in order to keep self control as you will be talked down to and disrespected.

  Got offered $250 for a 2022 laptop that goes $2999 brand new. Terrible customer service. Didn't greet me. Nor talked to me while he was showing me 2017-2018 model laptops that go for $500 on ebay. Toxic place, dont recommend

  The workers are pretty rude here, Customer service is not in the manual. If you’re a first time pawner try somewhere else tbh. The low ball is insane. I’m not sure who this response is directed to either. I think you got the wrong person, bud.

  Got a loan for some jewelry I brought in today. Ian was helpful, honest, and fair. Not your normal "pawn" environment. New location is directly across the street from old one, on e pine st.

  Edit to my previous review. The first time I stopped by we didn’t get off on the right foot so here’s a new review after I came by again and we talked about our first experience. Firstly they moved to a new place right across the street and I stopped by after their opening. I met Micky, Ian and Travis who were working there and I worked out the issue which was very good. Obviously Covid hit us all hard and I’m glad we were able to come to terms and forgive each other. Gonna come back here and have my friends and family stop by here and check this place out. I live super close so why not have great relationships.

  My last review was four years ago- this is still the best pawn shop with which I’ve dealt. I wish banks were as honest! Very knowledgeable, total integrity, and an excellent shop all around. A gem in a world of road apples.

  They have always treated me fairly. My guitar has been in there probably over a hundred times in the past 15 years they know I'm going to come back for it and give me a premium on loans. They even call me when my loan is almost up to remind me and have held on to it a few extra days when my loan was up and still let me pay the interest and get it back. The only pawn shop I will put my guitar in.

  Capital Loans to me is the last fair, and honest place to get a loan, or sell the gear you need to get you buy in a pinch. Ian, and the staff are very forgiving, and give you the fairest price out of all the pawn/ loan shops in Seattle! Thanks guy's!
