      Worst bank period Umpqua has fallen so far lost touch with customer and nickel and dime the customers every chance they get really a shame avoid banking with them. My issues is with Umpqua as a whole not this this location in general. And the customer number is a joke spend an hour waiting to be connected to someone who is supposed to help you.

      1-12-18 I went to this bank and found not only the bank teller very nice . But she was dressed very beautiful . I just wish I could have got her number. Russian dress and very very attractive .

      Yeah, no... won't ever go to this location again. They've got nothing on the people minded service other locations have. I'll stick with Albany and Corvallis... much better than this city mentality.
