  I really felt like they wanted what was best for my family. They were completely honest and I never felt I needed to 2nd guess what was going on during our journey of buying our home. Buddy went as far as offering to help my adult daughter with her process of buying a home when I wasn't happy with who she was working with. I asked if she could change lenders and his reply was yes however, he wanted to help her without her changing lenders. Which he certainly could have chosen not to help. Instead he offered and asked for no money. Each person in Buddy's office are excellent and I would refer anyone to this office. Buddy also referred us to an excellent real estate agent Nicole Meuret. She actually found our house that I didn't even add to my list. These are the only people I and my family will ever work with. CHOOSE THIS GROUP TO WORK WITH THEY ARE OVER 5 STARS FOR MY FAMILY!

  Don and his team are simply the best! My husband and I finally were able to start the homebuying process and these guys made it so easy. With me just finishing nursing school, the stress of homebuying is not something I looked forward to. But Don and his team put all the pieces together for us every step of the way. We had to do a quick close on top of that and the communication to us from the team was outstanding. True teamwork! Thank you pac res!!

  Don McPherson and his team at Pacific Residential Mortgage has been nothing short of magical for my wife and I. We had a really tough situation that lead us to needing to buy a home with an FHA loan and only had less than 2 months from the time we started looking for home until the time we needed to be moved into a home. This isn’t easy with any type of loan , let alone within our budget and only being able to do an FHA loan. But none of that discouraged Don and his team. Once our amazing real estate agents, Michelle Seuss and Paul Stich of John L. Scott Realty had helped us find our home, Don and his team worked overtime to make sure that we could close within our timeline. Being new to buying a house, we always had a lont of complex questions along the way. No matter the time of day or the complexity of the questions, Don and his team were always there to help us along the way. We called him on his cell phone even when he was on vacation and he still answered. Because of his connections, he was able to get us an FHA appraisal weeks before we thought would actual be possible. This alone got us into our new home weeks before we thought we could. When it came to signing documents or just getting explanations of what we were signing, his team of Courtney, Brooke and Emily always were there for us with an easy answer. If it wasn’t for Don and his team working so hard for us, my wife and our 3 dogs would have been homeless for a short period of time until we were able to get through closing. Because of his hard work, we are resting easy. Thank you Don!!! I don’t know what we would have done without you and your amazing team!

  We had an amazing experience with Pacific Residential Mortgage! Buddy, Melissa, and the rest of the team were incredible to work with. They were honest and quick and answered the endless questions we had. They worked with us so we were prepared to put an offer on a house when we were ready. Because of their intentionality in preparing us and diligence and hard work we received the keys to our house five weeks after our offer was accepted. I have no doubt that if we decide to buy another home we work with PRM again. UPDATE: Because of our first experience we were planning to work with PRM again. However, our most recent experience was not good and we ended up using a different company. It was a bummer because I'm sure if we worked with Buddy the whole time we would have been good, but we were passed on to another person in the office and it was rough. There were a lot of moving pieces, but the most frustrating part was that we had to repeat ourselves over and over. Communication was the biggest issue. It was almost like no notes were taken and we had to start from square one each time. I would call and leave a message or email this individual and if I got a response, she would promise to call during certain times and completely miss the window. I eventually started cc'ing Buddy on the emails with this person to help with accountability and it seemed like he eventually took us back over, but at that point we needed to move fast and decided to use a different company even though PRM had already run our credit. It was a bummer to have this experience especially given the quality of our first experience. If you're able to work with any of the people that worked with during our first PRM mortgage, you'll be in good hands.
