Their mortgage department is GREAT!!! But the banking department is the worst! They lost my business. Horrible customer service!!!!! No wonder their closing branches. Their tellers have no consistency, and after 16 months of business, they all of a sudden treated me like I was a stranger. The so called "Worlds greatest bank" doesn't know how bad their tellers are treating people.
