Metal Shadow5I've had an account with this bank for a very long time and they've always been very knowledgeable and helpful. I have even moved to a different state where the nearest Umpqua Bank is thousands of miles away but I've chosen to stay with them because of the quality of banking.

Deborah Lynn5Every employee I have had the opportunity to speak with has been absolutely helpful and never made me feel anything less than important. They even support the community with mini art shows that showcase local artists. Personally, I'm drawn to business that cater to their town. Also, any time I've had an issue, or thought I did, I simply do in and they take the time to show me the facts. Thank you Umpqua Bank for taking care of us the way you do!
