  I have bank at Umpqua since it merged with sterling. I have received amazing customer service and I feel at ease when dealing with complex financial issues. I will continue to bank there , even if I move far from a convenient branch. Update: I moved in July 2020, im still banking with Umpqua.

  I love the employees in this bank. They are always cheerful. They recommend products/services that I may need, but don't try to talk me into getting more credit cards or accounts every time I come in. It is refreshing to be able to do my banking without feeling like someone is trying to sell me something.

  This branch location is so inconsistent in service we avoid it as much as possible (heading to the Alberta location even though it's out of the way). After a year of frustration I tried giving feedback about the problems to their manager and she gave excuses without listening. We're leaving umpqua bank because driving so far out of our way and a lack of care about customer experience is unacceptable.

  This bank branch has consistently given us misinformation on their processes and botched simple deposits. The teller chose to do math in her head instead of using a calculator and argued with me when I corrected her. Finally they couldn't explain or help when my wife's at card wouldn't work and didn't offer suggestions, help, or a new card. We're leaving.

  Made we wait 20 minutes to set up an account, I have never had to wait this long at a bank. I had an appointment at 11 and still didn't attend me even though they were not busy at all.

  I guess going in for assistance to close to brach closing gets you really poor customer service. I won't be opening my account with them!
