      Been banking there for 13 years-it was Sterling Bank then. Umpqua retained most of the same personnel so the transition was seamless. I like the fact that I am greeted by name by people who have known me for 13 years when I walk in to my bank. I have never had any issues cashing two party cheques. They are always helpful.... and dog friendly too!!!

      Everything with this bank seems outdated and very much a hassle. I never could get the app to work as its competly old technology . They seem rather by the boon instead of helping the customers. I will switch my Business account

      I LOVE the service I get from the Independence branch! It is the best. The hours of operation, however, are incredibly inconvenient. Please bring back typical 9:00-5:00 banking hours with extended hours on Fridays. PLEASE!

      Always friendly and helpful. Also don't recall ever being charged a fee at this bank. Other banks apparently have more stringent requirements to avoid fees.
