Not open on Sunday they have an ATM, drive-up or lobby. Customer service is top notch for all of your financial needs. Oregon State Credit Union is a non-profit financial institution.   Ashley Cook just saved me over $2000 on an auto loan today! She's very professional and fast! Will recommend to friends and family for sure! Also on a side note, her fellow staff handles others with great customer service. YUT YUT

  Terrible loans department. They approve you and then say you're not approved. Happened twice now. Even with over filling the criteria. Each person has no clue what the last person did. Been there three years and would leave if I didn't have a car loan with them. Terrible.

  This bank is garbage. Ive been with them a year and have had nothing but problems. Twice my card has been eaten or shut off for no reason and now i just cant withdraw money despite having hundreds in my account. If you want to have your money repeatedly held hostage for no reason, this is your bank. Other than that its embarrassing as a business.

  I've been with them for years and have never once regretted it. They've been willing to help our family establish credit with fair and reasonable terms while always effectively communicating with us with no hidden agendas. As far as I'm concerned, it's the ONLY place to bank.

  I always liked the way they always greet me by my first name as soon as I walk in. Before I even gave them my account info to. So that means that they already knew my name and info. I don't even have to give them my info anymore. Cause they usually already have me pull up on their computer before I even get up to the counter. Its so awesome, cuts down on time to. It allows me to get out sooner. and let's me get to what I need to do faster. Your awesome OSU Federal. 5 stars :D

  Hands one the best customer service and rates you can get. Being on the younger side, i have had questions on everything from investments, auto loans, or mortgages. The staff at OSCU have always been friendly, knowledgeable, and excited to help. It also doesn't hurt that their rates are very competitive. Its been a pleasure.

  What a waste of time. Drove from Keizer because it's posted "Drive-thru open 9am-1pm on Saturdays" fix that so nobody else wast there time also.

  Was treated very poorly and they attempted to waste my time with an excess of paperwork that they didn’t need only for me to go to my other bank and be approved in minutes. Very very bad start
