  Worst service of my life. The teller was rude, untrained, and couldn't even handle a simple transfer even *with* the assistance of their supervisor. Then, when closing the account, they wasted over an hour of time for nothing (out of spite for closing the account?). Would not recommend Umpqua to anyone, ever.

  The worst bank in the world they literally stole my money and refused to give it back. They want me to dispute transactions in my own account that I approved but only because they want to keep my money. Do not go here they are thieves.

  Great service and its Local Bank! The Ladies are cute and friendly. Customer Service is among the best here! They work for and with you, never against! Love it!

  Unprofessional and inattentive to customer needs. Limited hours, and I keep being charged for paper statements even though I've changed my preferences and called in multiple times.

  Make sure you make an appointment. Repeat make sure YOU make an appointment. Once you get inside they are wonderful and give all the attention you need and deserve. Highly recommend.

  I bank here because it is convenient, however, I have had several circumstances where things were done that were not quite up to par. I am thinking I may have to change banks which makes me unhappy. Not sure what to do about it. :(
