  Love this office. Everyone always seems to be in a good mood and works as a team. So happy I moved my accounts. Mary and Renee made it super easy. They even notified me when one account had unusual activity. What bank calls you anymore to give you a heads up. Wish they worked for me!

  There is no beating the people at Umpqua Bank! Mary and Renee from the Happy Valley branch are two of the best in the business, and you need to bank with them. Whatever you need, these two will make it happen. They are easy to communicate with, compassionate, and best of all they treat you like a PERSON, not a customer. Ditch your big bank and come see Mary and Renee at Umpqua.

  Horrible bank Mary the manager will ask you odd questions and if you don’t answer them the way she likes she will shut down your account
