      After banking with them over 16 years, I am switching to another bank. I deposited 25 checks into the ATM (inside the bank) and the machine turned off. The manager instructed me to call customer service which i did. I Went back next week and spoke the to manager, he started to file to a claim since the ATM was a 3rd party. A few days later, a representative named Steven called me back and said the cannot do anything about the lost checks. No sure who dropped the ball, but nevertheless, it was stressful and a waste of my time. I would give a three stars, but this happened more than 5 times. Two stars is pretty generous. I will never step into chase bank again.

      Worst bank ever. Do not try to get any service from Ying Tang, he is the worst and won't give you any kind of service. I'm so sorry for Chase for having such a ridiculous employee.

      Worst customer service ever. Worked with Ying Tang and it’s been a nightmare. They lie just like the typical bank to keep as much money for themselves. These people are greedy and will steal your money. Don’t do business with Chase.

      The customer service has always been excellent at this branch. The staff is friendly and the wait times are usually short. When my debit card did not work to deposit cash, I was told that the card was expired. Turns out a new one had not been sent. The teller helped me on the spot and ordered me a new one. Their notary service is very good.

      I was mortified going into this branch as two of the employees working were not wearing masks. It made me extremely uncomfortable as they walked around the floor and even attended to customers at their desks maskless. Given the state of the pandemic, it's hard to believe that a building with people filtering in and out is not enforcing its own employees to adhere to state regulations. My experience with the other employees was mediocre. While they were friendly, they took a few minutes longer than I anticipated to complete my transaction. There were at least 6 employees working at the time of my arrival and three of them did not jump in to help waiting customers. It was very clear that the branch has poor management and inefficient workflows. I will not be returning and do not recommend this location to anyone.

      Normally I have great experiences with this bank until today, the bank teller name Ilya was very rude and unprofessional, did not smile, did not ask what other services I need before he closed the transaction, and walk away in the middle of the transaction in front of his manager and me as customer, his customer service is not acceptable, he need to learn what is customer service from his co-worker and his manager. I will still go to this bank but will never have he does my transactions.

      Worst experience ever my stimulus comes in the guy says it will be available in 2 days!? What 2 days then I go to the bank in 2 days and she tells me the deposit has been returned. Then I get a short very bad costumer service that hangs up on me after asking me if I have my account number that I can not access because my online banking is not working! So now it's going to be a week and no idea if or when I will get my deposit! Don't ever use this bank just another waste of time and money! If anyone wants to open a Bank online let's do it I have the know how it you have the funds!

      This place is a joke. I have been a customer for over 15 years and my husband went in to get a single roll of quarters and they told him no he had to call at least an hour ahead of time and that they couldn’t help him until Monday, what a joke! 15 years of being customers and we can’t get a single roll of quarters? Pretty petty I know but you’re a bank and the rudeness wasn’t appreciated, it was like they went out of their way to be rude every step of the way!

      Bank tellers are rude and can’t even say hello and thank you. Banking manager is also clueless when it comes to corporate companies “DBA” doing business as. Take your business to local credit unions. They don’t deserve our money.

      HAVE BANKED HERE FOR YEARS, THE SERVICE AND BANK EMPLOYEES HAVE BEEN HIGHLY COMPETENT, PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONABLE. HOWEVER, THE LAST FEW TIMES I HAVE HAD OCCASION TO GO TO THE BANK THE SERVICE HAS GONE DOWN TO AN EXPERIENCE I HAVE NEVER SEEN IN A BANK OR ANY BANK FOR THAT MATTER. ON MY LAST VISIT TO THE BRANCH THERE WAS A SHORTAGE OF STAFF, and I WAS TOLD TO COME BACK IN A COUPLE OF HOURS. WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE BANK MANAGER I WAS TOLD HE WASN'T AVAILABLE EVEN THOUGH HE WAS SITTING IN PLAIN VIEW. I HAVE HAD A SPECIAL LOYALTY TO THIS BANK. IF THE BRANCH DOES NOT IMPROVE ITS CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL SADLY HAVE TO TAKE MY MONEY TO ANOTHER BANK AFTER MANY YEARS OF LOYALTY..
