  Can’t talk to anyone on the phone. Tried pressing “2” to speak with someone during business hours and got in an automated loop repeating the same menu. This bank’s app is pretty limited as it is and is missing modern features and functionality like a chat window. Please improve these things!

  Came in to talk about my account and Umpqua gave all my checking account money to the state because they "couldn't get ahold of me"... What?! The staff was extremely UNhelpful. When I ask how can I get it back he said "I don't know, the state has it." I've been with Umpqua since they aquired Sterling Savings. I'll never come back and take my checking and savings elsewhere. Don't trust Umpqua with your money, it will quite literally disappear.

  We love this bank they are friendly and always are fast and efficient. I dont think there is a time when I went in and could not get what I needed done.

  Stay away from this branch AWFUL tellers and awful service. Dont use their atm because a simple deposit will have the security and tellers questioning why you were trying to tamper with their safe. Apparently you can open their safe by using the atm.

  Called in and told them their everett branch was closed and needed to do a wire to close on a property, and that I’d be there just before 5. Was there with minutes to spare and they already had doors locked, wouldn’t help. Now restructuring closing documents and travel plans to come back. Internet said everett store was open, they’re not Bellevue branch is awesome x10 ⭐️ Lynnwood not so much,
