      Conner was great! He helped me get set up with a new account and was very helpful and professional. I loved banking with BECU in the past and I finally came back to them. Love that I got my new card the day of too!

      40 min wait. Staff is very inexperienced and likely the reason for slow service and long waits. Staff person moving my CD to a 12 month bump who very confidently stated a completely false statement about a Bump CD. He thought it was about adding funds. I corrected him. He had to look it up online to find out a bump is about bumping the interest rate. Very concerning the lack of basic knowledge. I’ve had these problems multiple times over the last few months at this branch and from the call center. I’m thinking about moving to a new credit union. Update: I looked at my CD account today and the interest rate is wrong. BECU posted rates for Member Advantage IRA 12 month bump CD over 50,000 is .20 My account shows .10. Considering the Manager called me yesterday about my complaint she should have reviewed my account for accuracy especially with the lack of experience of the staff there. But no, apparently she did not. So, I called and left her a message this morning to correct my interest rate. This is a Credit Union and I’m coming to the conclusion they can’t be trusted to handle my money.

      Pending fraud transactions drained my account and they won't do a single thing to pause the fraud transations, get my money back or even give me credit. Absolutely useless. Not rude service, but useless service. I immediately drove up to the Everett headquarters where they had options and people who where able to help.

      Had to wait around for 45 mins for a atm limit increase they were fully staffed even saw some people just walk out they where so frustrated

      at the Lynwood branch, a manager by the name of Kevin attempted to help me close my deceased mother's account. He collected all my my information, had me sign his book closing the account, and then said it will take another 20 minutes to print a check. I had an appointment at another bank, so I said I would have to come back. He said just ask for Kevin. I asked him if I would have to wait to be served in my car for another 20 minutes. He said no not at all. What he didn't tell me was that I would have to wait in the Lobby for longer than 20 minutes. The other bank had my checks ready to go when I got there. So why does it take over an hour to print a check? Because they are incompetent. I am pretty sure right now they are doing something questionable or maybe illegal. If I could rate this bank a "0" , I would.

      Tried to go in and get some help regarding a cancelled credit card. During COVID my husband and I had a rough go (like many) and missed 2 payments. BECU cancels your card immediately after 2 missed payments for anyone wondering and has no problem dropping your credit score 53 points. Sharon was immediately condescending, told us about responsibility as if we were children, reiterated policy over and over, and told us "she is also going through a hard time". It would have been completely different if there was ANY want to help us whatsoever, maybe a suggestion of what we could do to better our situation? Anything. I've never been treated so poorly trying to get some compassion. Their motto is, "people helping people", maybe that used to be the case. Your on your own with this bank. They will be losing a customer of over a decade.

      I made appointments here for a medallion stamp and it was so frustrating! Don’t bother reserving a spot online as they won’t honor it. People walked in after my apt time and were served before me, what would be the need of doing a prior reservation????

      Went in with my child to grab a check and got the worst customer service experience at this location. The greeter was unfriendly, short and jumped right into covid protocol, without acknowledging our presence/existence as loyal BECU member. Your job is to provide good customer service, covid or not! I will not be back to this location...
