  We are so grateful for the wonderful experience we had working with Max Franks for our new home purchase. Max truly offered us so much support in so many ways during this home purchase process. He was so quick when we needed to get our pre approval in a very competitive market. Once we found a home, he talked us through the loan options, comparing them and helping us decide what option would be best for our family. He was able to assist us very quickly when we had any questions and provided clear communication during underwriting. I would call him early in the morning, late in the evening, and even weekends. He always was there to support us. Max always made sure we were on track for an on time closing! This was the biggest purchase of our lives and Max always made me feel like we were a priority and no question or concern I had was not important. Max also communicated with our realtor and provided her with updates on where we were in the process and any questions she had too! He communicated with our builder and provided them with anything they needed very quickly as well. I will forever be grateful for Max for his endless support!

  UMortgage was an amazing company to work with through our first-time home-buying process! We were very lucky to work with Brandon Evans, who was always on the ball and was SUPER patient with us asking so many questions. Brandon's knowledge is unmatched! Everyone on the UMortgage team was easy to work with and we felt very taken care of in their hands. They were also able to beat out all other competitors for a good mortgage rate! 10/10, would recommend UMortgage!

He was very knowledgeable, friendly and made the entire process transparent to us. He even gave us great recommendations on a real estate agent, Jaime Hyman.   I have worked with several lenders before but Hunter and his team from UMortgage surpassed my expectations. The whole team was very knowledgeable and had great hospitality.   Max Franks made the process seamless and easy. He made himself available to answer questions no matter the hour. As a remote customer, I was concerned that the distance would be difficult. But, Max was always available and did a great job explaining the process.
