  Copper Hill is amazing! This is my second home buying experience with them. Tim is extremely helpful in the process. He always gives you great advice in every stage of the process. This time buying a house was a bit tricky with COVID-19 but The Copper Hill team did their research and had all the answers to the new process. Marcie and Team in the back office are always willing to help and make sure you manage all the dates for inspections, negotiations, etc. I highly recommend you work with the Copper Hill team if you’re looking or selling a home. They are much different than a lot of the real estate brokerages out there that you’re just a number to them. Cooper Hill makes you feel like you’re their only client.

  Copper Hill was recently the agent for the sale of my townhome in Philadelphia. Ryan Garrity and his team were thoughtful and detailed at every step from guiding me on the list price through helping on all negations both before and after the house went under contract. Now that I am on the buying side, I will be working them again, as Ryan's knowledge of the market and the advice he provided are reason enough, but they are great on the customer service side as well (not too mention Ryan is pretty darn funny). I would highly recommend them for any real estate transaction in the area!

  The team at Copper Hill was incredibly responsive and helpful during our recent home closing. They provided us detailed and thorough overviews of the entire closing process, simplifying what can be a very complicated process, and made sure we were on track with inspections along the way to ensure we would be able to close on time.
