  I started going to this location a little over a month ago and will continue to use just this location as I've received the best care while doing my banking thanks Libby and Ryan just to name a few if you want good and fast service this location will take good care of your banking needs and wants

  I have banked at this branch for several years now. There has been several times now that I have went through the drive-through put my money in the container to send in nobody will even acknowledge that you are there they just deposit your money send it back no hello no thank you no anything to me that isn't very Professional

  They notified ME when my account had unauthorized transactions. They looked into them, and credited my account! If not for them, I don't know if I would have known until much later. Checks get deposited early, everything I can say is good about them, except not too many branches around, but hey, I can deal with that!

  Every time I have gone to this branch the service is incredible! Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The building is always clean and neat. The drive through is well organized and quick. Inside the tellers are efficient and fast and eager to help!

  Went to the branch for a small business account, a guy by the name of Michael took all of my business information and personal information.. To find out from someone else that work in the bank my information wasn't submitted to UMB downtown Kansas city for my application process. I lost interest with doing business with this bank.
