  I went in with my 90 year old dad. We went in around 12. He deposited a check with no problem. He needed to get into his safety box. No luck! Not enough employees and then some at lunch. Come back in an hour. Ok did. Still having to wait!! now finally. Not a good day for them. ☹

  Generally speaking, we've never had a problem here with poor service. Transactions via drive-thru are swift (for a bank) and painless. Yes, lines are a little long inside. Yes, there may sometimes be a wait. But bank service is not instantaneous. The people working inside need to make sure they complete every order with accuracy -- which they do.

  Le Anna was my teller and she handled everything expediently. My deposit was done within 30 seconds and the referral to their notary was instant.
