William Callaway2After purchase of a new vehicle I had to get a lean release for my ol vehicle and it took two phone calls and two personal visits to your bank to get the job done. The problem starts at the bank, for some reason the bank after paying the old car off over 7 years ago the bank never sent me notification either by sending a title or sending a lean release. We got the job done, but only after a lot of unnecessary phone calls and bank visits.

Leah Preslicka2I came in to get my name change on my account with 30 minutes until they closed. The women at the counter made it seem like she could have done it but she told me to wait for a banker who was on the phone. Ten minutes later she came up to me and said that he wasn't going to be off the phone in time, and the tellers were trying to close up so I'd have to come back. There was still 15 minutes until they were going to go close. She could have helped me right when I got there and they would have had plenty of time. They also told me they were trying to close up 15 minutes before they actually closed. I don't have much time because of work to get there before they close and it was a good time. I won't be able to go back for awhile. I was just disappointed that they could have not have helped me especially when I came in with plenty of time. She even told me if I made an appointment either her or one of the other girls would know to stay (meaning she could have done when I needed, and I didn't have to wait for the banker).
