  This newly open Chase bank is very nice and swanky. Staff I interacted -Mary and David were very helpful. I wish the parking space should be more as market is very congested.

  Nothing but horrible experiences with Chase. Final straw....I recently moved to a town where there was no chase bank available. When I called to cancel my accounts (on hold for an hour btw) I was told that due to a recent"change of address" I had to wait 30 days or go into a local branch. No local branch so im forced to wait the 30 days. .I stressed to the rep that I had already stopped my direct deposit so there would be no funds in the account to pay any unforeseen fees. A small fee did come through during the 30 day wait.. .chase paid it after I asked that they not. ... AND they charged me an overdraft fee!!! Now they won't allow me to close the account because it has a negative balance! Crooks! Go anyplace but Chase!

  Chase gets a zero regarding on-line banking and customer service. After you follow the process on line and make a transfer of money into a new Chase account from your prior bank account, Chase will lock you out of your account. When you call customer service as they instruct you to,they ask you to go to a branch and provide 2 forms of ID. When you get to the branch and show your ID, they then ask for proof of your current banking account. This is never explained on line and negates using on line services. I wasted my time going to the branch and now have to go back to show them I have another bank account? The new Kirkwood branch told me this has happened to 20 plus customers. So frustrating... I hope this changes or Chase will not last long in KIrkwood as they make it challenging to deposit money with them!

  So glad chase finally started to open branches in Missouri! This branch is very sleek looking. The atm is located inside the bank, which is all I’ve used so far. I gave it 4 stars because it wouldn’t let me take money off of a prepaid card I had, as I kept getting errors, and I tried a few times (I did have enough money on the card). So I’m not sure if a non chase card will work at this ATM. All in all I had a good experience, and If you’re a chase customer or are thinking of becoming one I recommend giving them a try!

  I went into the branch 17 days ago and placed an order for checks. The teller informed me that the checks would be to my residence within 10 to 14 days. Now 17 days later still no checks and I called the 1-800 customer service line and the worker told me that the order was just recently processed on their end and should be to me within another 10 to 14 days from the process date. I then was curious as to why it wouldn't have been processed on the day that I came into the branch... she had no "actual" explanation and only said that it was because of the holidays. Well according to the bank closures they were only closed on Christmas Day and New Years Day so there were plenty of other days that the order could have been processed within that time. Then she proceeded to inform me that they out source and another company prints their checks... well Sally sounds like a personal problem! The vendors that you choose to represent your business should be just as qualified if not better! New customer to Chase and not a good start to this partnership.

  Nice to see that Chase Bank is expanding into the St. Louis market. The branch and ATM are very convienient and easy to use. For ATM use during closed hours you are required to swipe your card to gain access into the building.

  So many banks aren't invested in our planet's destruction whereas Chase is a major reason fossil fuel companies keep drilling. We must keep oil in the ground!   Chase managed to hire the rudest and most disrespectful people. I was looking forward to have chase local because I have been a customer for years. The tellers and associates are rude is a understatement. The teller, he is rude and so are the bankers not any better in lobby. I will look go to another bank and never will return to this branch.

  Parking is terrible in this location. The bank is dishonest and shifty about account openings. Local branch staff aren't empowered to make decisions. Local staff banker Borislav "Bobby" Shull promised to take ownership of an issue I had, then ignored any follow up contact I sent him. They fail to be a champion for customers in navigating the bureaucracy. The St. Louis market is way too competitive for service failures like this. Step it up, Chase.

  The associates here aren’t helpful and gave me two different stories when I asked them about cashing savings bonds. It’s silly that they would be willing to jeopardize a relationship with a customer over something so simple as being straightforward and honest. Not what I would expect from a bank.
