  Alicia is amazing! My fiancée and I were new to home buying and loan application processes. Ultra Mortgage was referred to us by our realtor and we couldn’t be more grateful for making the decision to work with them! Not only is Alicia very knowledgeable on various mortgage products, rates and options; she has a GREAT personality, is available ANY time (even hours before our closing appointment) and made recommendations based on what was best for us! She outlined everything for us, was on top of any questions and addressed all of our concerns. She made the process of sharing our entire lives with underwriters easy, gave us plenty of notice to track down necessary paperwork and was on top of all deadlines. I would highly recommend Alicia & the Ultra Mortgage team to anyone!

  This was my very first home purchase so I wasn't too familiar with the process. I was referred to Alicia by my real estate agent and I'm so thankful! Alicia made me feel comfortable going through the mortage process and explained anything I needed in full detail which I truly appreciated. When I was looking at properties located in NJ and PA, finding a lender that did both states was somewhat of a challenge. Alicia does both states and is extremely knowledgeable with questions I had about a particular state. I recommend her to anyone who is thinking about buying a house!!

  As a buyer in an FSBO, I had no idea where to start or what to expect. The whole idea of an FSBO purchase was daunting and nerve-racking! My past home buying experiences involved working with a realtor, which made the process much easier. But this time it was different. With no realtor, I was on my own. That's when Joel and Alicia stepped in to help! They are both very professional, knowledgeable, and hard-working. They were always available to promptly answer any questions I had. They guided me through every step and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire mortgage process. Knowing that I had them by my side helped me gain so much confidence in purchasing my condo.   I'm an investor who has done 40 houses in the last few years and this was by far, the biggest waste of time I've ever encountered. Bill spent 6 months telling me the loans would close in "2-3 weeks and we have everything we need" only to ignore my calls and texts. I then had to resort to calling his boss Alicia who attempted to smooth things over but she wasn't familiar with the loans. It's extremely frustrating that I spent so much time, paid for 3 appraisals, and ended up having to take my business elsewhere. I wish they would have just been up front in the beginning so it didn't waste everyone's time and energy. I would not recommend unfortunately.

  Alicia is fantastic! We went with her for our refinance because she was able to quote us a rate over the phone quickly and without needing my social for the first call. Alicia kept constant communication throughout the entire process and worked extremely hard to ensure our loan went through in a timely manner. She was available late at night and over text when needed. Highly recommend working with this company and we look forward to using them for our next housing purchase.

  Working with Ultra Mortgage was a absolute pleasure. Alicia takes a incredibly daunting and laborious process and makes it seamless. She is available ALL times via phone, text or email to answer all questions and provides you with the step by step process and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. I have worked with other mortgage companies in the past that make a day at the dentist seem more desirable. I could not recommend this company more, 5 stars just isn’t enough. 20 stars from me!!

  Alicia and Joel were both amazing to work with. They were always incredibly responsive and always willing to chat through any questions at all. There ended up being a few delays on closing (seller side issues) and the team was right there with us to help and keep things moving smoothly. As someone who was on the fence at the beginning about using a broker or going straight to an online lender, I am so thankful that I chose Ultra.

  Alicia was PHENOMENAL to work with on the financing for a shore property! She was extremely responsive, very personable and available at any time we needed her.
