  I am proud to say this is my bank. This Webster branch is very convenient and right next to Wegmans. Wait times are short and the staff is terrific. Bilingual staff including Nadia, Galina, Victoria and Roman are as professional and polite as your would ever expect. The range of services is also great and everyone there is trained to handle everything from simple deposits to more complex transactions and loans. Highly recommend to anyone looking for customer focused high quality service.

  Great service with Nadia M. She is very pleasant and always has a warm smile. Nadia always knows how to make my banking process smooth, efficient, and fast! Wonderful job Nadia. I enjoy seeing you at the bank! Galuna Dyakiv is another wonderful teller at the Webster branch that is proficient. Walking into the Ukrainian bank and seeing the wonderful staff makes me proud of my heritage. Thank you Ladies for doing such a great job and always cheering me up.
