  Closing a house is a hard and stressful process. Doing it in a pandemic is a nightmare. Michael was the one person I could always call as an advisor. He always went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I would have spent 10x more money with all the unexpected turns in my closing process had it not been for Michael. What's even most meaningful is he truly cares about all of his customers interests. Even after the deal was closed I ran into an issue with my StateFarm agent. Michael was quick to get involved and get me the refund I needed. Our professional relationship was already over and he did this purely out of character. Michael is a great man and a trusted advisor. I can't recommend him enough.

  I found Mark through Google reviews. I'm glad I did. We finally decided to purchase our first home after renting for years. We were not sure how the home buying process would go during the COVID pandemic. My research recommended a pre-approval from about 3 lenders to compare. Mark was the most helpful out of the 3 local lenders that I applied for a mortgage pre-approval. He was very responsive right from the start! On my first call, he gave us a very competitive rate. The other lenders I inquired with had to get back to me at a later time but also gave us a higher rate. Mark's closing fees were also lower than the other lenders' fees. Final closing amounts were also very close to his estimates which was a big relief for us. No surprises! He guided us throughout the process. He had patience and was very professional and clarified any questions we had. We were very satisfied with his services and would definitely work with him in the future if needed. I highly recommend Mark!

  Mark Leach is skilled, knowledgeable, and effective. He’s also friendly, likable, and accommodating.   Mark truly did get my transaction wrapped up a couple weeks ahead of any other brokers projected closing date and saved me about $2,000. He did most of the work getting in contact with my realtor, insurance agent, and attorney along with dealing with the realtor and attorney of the seller which made the whole process quite a bit easier for me.   We were first time homebuyers and our realtor recommended us to Mark. It was a great experience from the first phone call to our closing. Mark guided us on exactly what we had to do in order to get our initial pre-approval. He asked what our goals and plans were, and helped us achieve them comfortably, instead of just trying to get us approved for the highest priced property possible like the big banks do.   Mark did a great job finding the best mortgage option for us. He was there for every question my wife or myself had. He is knows his stuff! When the buyer for my property had trouble with the "big" bank Mark was able to get them through the process as well there isn't a better way to go than through these guys.

  I am so glad to have found and used Mark's services on several occasions. I tried using 'local' banks and credit unions, however Mark was able to find great financing options for me across the country. I would encourage people that are buying a house, or refinancing, to give Mark a call. Don't use those quick mortgage scams that you see on TV. Mark has the knowledge and confidence to make things happen!
