  Would not recommend this place at all the branch manager there name Jessica seems to think she could get away with being a nasty unprofessional branch manager but tell you who to come with to there office and having a problem with doing customer service she needs to be demoted and retrained , to how to stay in her lane and learn how to treat customer,s and have more skill,s and not complain about what she's paid to do in the first place if she doesn't want to deal with customers find a new courier ,if you don't like people calling the office there at the bay plaza in Webster , rather it's once or a dozen of times ,if you don't know the person,s situation I advise learn or get retrained in customer service again. to do

  The person I signed up with was very nice and professional. Got my loan quickly and only complaint is high interest rate but that's because of my credit so not really their fault.

  The best customer service I received in my entire life has been from Ken. I called Ken to get a loan and he was super helpful, a couple months after my truck got stolen and Ken was there to help my family in this time of need. Today I need help verifying that I’m the owner of the truck and Ken was able to help with that. I am so thankful he was able to help my family in such a time of need.

  I was seen in a timely manner. The service i was given was perfect five. The atmosphere was very warming and the staff was courteous and friendly. I was overall very pleased to do business with one main financial. They really really helped me in my financial situation THANKS ONE MAIN FINANCIAL

  I was very skeptical about applying for a loan with One Main Financial or any other financial services Company. Was I surprised!. From my initial call to schedule an appointment with John, a financial adviser, to meeting with John, I was treated with respect and sensitivity. As a retired university professor, I have never imagined that I would need a loan in order to get on the road to financial solvency. Smartest decision on my part to deal with One Main. Thank you for this opportunity to take a breath and gain some momentum in repairing my credit with One Main financial's help.

  This was the "WORST" service ever. I was solicited continuously and pre-approved by your company and then when I really needed your services, I was made to wait "3 weeks" to get a decision of "not approved" by Erica, whom I had to call constantly to check status and play phone tag. I do not believe this was good customer service and I will never recommend One Main Financial to anyone seeking a Personal or any kind of loan. I will promote the other companies.

  Customer Service FAIL!!!! After several phone calls, I had an appointment with John. I called the morning of the appointment and he informed me that I would need to bring in tax returns. I brought in my tax returns and the individual was not able to read the forms to determine that income from a business owner. This financial institution is a WASTE OF TIME!!! Don't bother!!!

  They were awesome. I applied online and they called me right back. Got what I wanted and more. Went to the office everything was ready when I got in and just like that I was done. Awesome service.
