      BEWARE!!! They RUIN YOUR CREDIT histories!!! I paid off four loans from them and they mark them as CLOSED ACCOUNT on my credit report instead of PAID OFF thus resulting my credit score go NEGATIVE!!! Get your loans from American banks that don’t do this stupidity!!!

      I want to recognize the consistently wonderful service that I receive from the Vancouver Branch. I especially want to recognize: Svitlana Tsimbolynets, Katerina Zayshla and Valentyna Holovey. Today provides a good example. I was purchasing a car from a local dealership. I had neglected to move adequate funds from saving to checking in advance of closing. I called the Vancouver Branch and in about a minute Valentyna made the transfer for me (after verifying my identity). This is not an isolated case with the Vancouver Branch. Time after time they go out of their way to accommodate me. Thanks and warmest regards to all at the Vancouver Branch.

      Well, had a bad and unprofessional experience with Mrs. Svetlana Got no any advise, even she wasn’t interested to talk, 0 - customer service And, I visited other Ukrainian branch with same questions, where they helped me and found a solution.
