  I have recently purchased a home and had the pleasure of working with UFCU. As the first time home buyer, the experience with mortgage paperwork can be overwhelming and stressful, but the branch manager/loan officer Inessa Koval has made the process easy and pleasant. She explained everything in detail and what to expect in the next several weeks until closing. In addition, home mortgage rates are lower in comparison to other banks, which worked out best for me. The employees in the bank are always friendly and helpful.

  My wife and I recently purchased a house. Inessa Koval, a loan officer at Ukrainian Federal Credit Union, helped us secure a mortgage on the property. The process of getting a mortgage can be stressful and daunting, but Inessa Koval was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very professional, helpful, and incredibly responsive. We were very impressed by her commitment to excellent service. I would highly recommend UFCU and Mrs. Koval to anyone who is interested in purchasing a home.

  We are most impressed by the caliber of service we received at this branch. Both Khrystyna and Olga took the time to help us research suspicious activity in our account and they even called corporate on our behalf to help determine our options.   This is the best credit union. Osnova branch has the best employees. They are always very helpful and kind. Any time I need something I can go to either Inessa, Olga or Khrystyna. They are all willing to help.I am so glad we have Osnova branch here.

  Several years ago I transferred my accounts to the UFCU from a local bank. I have been very happy with the personalized, very friendly, and very competent service provided to me by Olga Bokatch and the rest of the staff. I never plan to leave!
